In today's time youth do not pay attention to their health. This is becoming a big problem day by day. It is important to take care of yourself, Physically and mentally. It's also good to keep up with the latest medical technology. We lose our health because of our bad habits, not paying attention to eating habits, not paying attention towards exercise . We can say due to modern technology we are not paying attention to our health. 

Today's generation kids spend the whole day in their mobile phones. It's  not just about kids these day even older people spend the whole day in room and with their mobile phones. We have forgotten that is a world outside and spend some time in nature. Let's talk about today's time, if we ever sit 4-5 people's together, then everyone take out their phones. This is affect our mental health. 
Getting fit is not an easy task. It can take weeks and even months of hard training and paying attention  to what you eat. Staying fit can be even harder. It is very common to see people meet their fitness goals and then very quickly fall off their new healthy lifestyle leading to them reversing all of that progress that they worked so hard for. While staying fit  can be hard, there are little things we can do to make the process easier.


So in this we are going to discuss about some ways to stay fit and healthy.

Taking a break or two during the day to go for a short walk can be a great way to burn some extra calories. One of the Easiest workout. Walking offers a variety of benefit of an active mind to reduce risk of chronic diseases. Research says it makes you happy too . It helps you stay active , boost your mental health , helps in good sleep , improves your blood glucose level , Strengthen your muscles etc.

2. Play A Sport You  Like 



If you stop being active it will be harder to stay fit and healthy. By picking a sports you like cricket, basketball , volleyball , swimming , running , badminton etc. that you like the most.
Sports activity increase your mental health as well as physical health. And it makes happy too. Sports bring together a mixture of peoples from different communities, background, religions and beliefs. Sports triggers chemicals in the brain that can make you happier and relaxed.

3. Drink Water Before Your Meal


Drinking water before and after meal is a good practice to avoid over eating and to have a good digestion easily. It helps you lose weight this usually happens because water provides you with a sense of fullness and makes you eat less. Drinking water is even better than drinking an empty calorie beverages.  Water raises energy levels , it prime the muscles , water aids digestions.

4. Get A Good Night Sleep 



 Getting a good night sleep is important for long term health and well being.  This is an often overlooked aspect of health and fitness. Not getting a good night rest can affect your metabolism making it much easier to gain weight.  Good night sleep improves your attention and concentration. It also helps in learning and make memories.

5. Leave Some Bad Habits


Some of the bad habits also affect our mental health and physical health like Smoking, Drinking, Eating Junk Food , Unsafe sex, Drugs. By leaving these type of bad habits give us a good health. 
  • Save big money by giving up or reducing alcohol intake.
  • Be happier by ditching junk food.
  • Longer lifespan by watching less TV.
  • Improved memory by quitting smoking.

6 Meditation



Meditation is a mind and body practice that has a long history of use for increasing calmness and physical relaxation, improving psychological balance and enhancing overall health and well being. Mind and body practices focus on the interaction among the brain, mind, body and behavior.

7. Exercise Is Key





Exercise play a key role in our health and stay fit. Even if you just get out for a walk a few times a week, exercise is important in daily routine to stay fit and healthy.

8. Eat A Healthy Diet

A balanced diet or a good diet means consuming all the vegetables, fruits, grains etc. in a proper and balanced quantity. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits ,They are important source of vitamins , proteins , minerals etc.

                                    Staying fit is a great bonus to life and can lead you to be a happy and healthier person. By staying fit and healthy you not only look and feel better but you decrease your chance of medical problems such as diabetes, heart attacks, high cholesterol and hypertension.
